Police in Texas aren't just blowing smoke when they talk about confiscating possibly the "longest joint" ever. A Fort Bend County Constable tweeted a photo of the nearly eight-inch-long blunt with the caption: "We think we set a record. Looooongest joint ever!" It went on to praise the deputy involved in the recent arrest and said the suspect tried to destroy the evidence. Fort Bend County is about 30 miles southwest of Houston. The Fort Bend County deputies' claim is disputed, however.
We think we set a record. Looooongest joint ever! Great work from Deputy Ochoa on this arrest. The subject attempted to destroy evidence as well. pic.twitter.com/hDJNxIU2dy— FBC Constable, Pct.3 (@FBCConstable3) April 18, 2018
For the record, a Boston marijuana advocacy group created a doobie that was measured more than 100 feet long four months ago.
