Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have reportedly reached a settlement shortly before a trial was set to begin. TMZ revealed on Monday (June 20) that potential jurors were sent home from the courthouse in Los Angeles, California, seeing as the two had come to an agreement int he revenge porn case.

The exact terms of the settlement have not been publicly confirmed as of publication time. The Daily Mail noted in a report that any amount Kardashian could have to pay Chyna will likely remain “confidential.” The report also noted that Chyna filed the revenge porn lawsuit nearly five years ago, and the judge will likely dismiss it in writing on Monday.

The settlement comes just a few days after it was reported that the case would proceed because the couple was unable to come to an agreement. On June 16, the Superior Court of California judge denied Kardashian’s motion to enforce a settlement in the case. Chyna’s layer, Lynne Ciani, said in a statement at that time, per US Weekly: “Chyna is very pleased that the trial judge denied Rob’s motion to ‘enforce’ a settlement that never existed.” The incident happened in July of 2017, according to Ciani's statement.
