Who else is guilty of ordering a side of fries and as soon as you get the bag demolishing half of them before you even touch any of your order?
Sadly, according to research conducted by a Harvard professor, you should actually only eat 6 fries at a time as a proper portion. What a buzz kill. The "starch bombs" as he called them, increase your risk for diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease by two or three times!
I'd rather not have read this... Out of sight out of mind, right?
