Just a year after the opening of LeBron Jamesโ I Promise School the inaugural third and fourth graders are doing incredible!
All 240 students who are attending the school originally tested in the one percentile in reading, just a year later the third gradersโ test scores jumped to the ninth percentile and the fourth graders jumped to the 16th percentile.
After receiving the test scores, Lebron was very excited about the studentโs progress, โNow people are going to really understand the lack of education they had before they came to our school,โ said LeBron.
Besides a quality education, students that are in need also received clothing and snacks which is funded by LeBronโs foundation.
