Bon appetit yolk lovers!
If you've ever scanned Instagram for some eggy inspiration, we've discovered the ultimate account: @WhatIAteForBreakfast!
Some people are calling the breakfast filled profile a gateway into the next pimple popping obsession with YOLK BREAKING!
Emily, a UK native and the brains behind whatiateforbreakfast.com, posts oddly sensual videos of tender yolks atop delicious looking avocado toasts and buttery English muffins, ripe for the breaking.
Skeptical that a yolk can give the same weird satisfaction as a juicy pimple? Check out some of our favorite @WhatIAteForBreakfast videos below and let us know!
The runny yolks are just so... fascinating! GIVE US MORE!
Christmas breakfast idea: @bbcgoodfood parsnip hash browns with crispy bacon and a poached egg 😍. It's not Christmas without parsnips, so I found the recipe for these scrummy hash browns on the @bbcgoodfood app, which will be perfect for Christmas morning. The app is free to download, so go and check it out if you want to make these! Plus you can search for recipes, save them and create your own collections in the app (saves me bookmarking them on my phone!) 👍. Turn your cloud egg into a 🌟. I drew a star shape lightly in pencil on some baking paper as I knew spooning it straight on the paper by hand would not go well 😆 and it turned out pretty good! Recipe for cloud eggs: 🌟 Preheat your oven to 180C. 🌟 Separate an egg, put the yolk to one side & whisk the white until light and fluffy. 🌟 Spoon the white onto a lined baking tray making a well in the middle for the yolk. 🌟 Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then add the yolk and bake for another 2 - 3 minutes. 🌟 Serve and enjoy! Look out for my recipe for snowman cloud eggs on my page if you're feeling festive. Next up, Christmas tree cloud eggs maybe 🎄? #whatiateforbreakfast
