A new survey found that 91% of us have tried at least one diet, with more than 50% of those surveyed saying they have tried 11 different diets. Then there are the 25% who say they have tried at least 16 different diet plans. Maybe the reason we try so many different diets is that we keep hoping one of them will stick. According to the survey, 32% of respondents said they have lost weight on a diet – but then gained it all back. Just 28% said they lost weight and were able to keep it off.
