A 60-year-old man from New Zealand found an unexpected visitor on his couch last week. It seems that a 20-year-old college student got misdirected after leaving a festival, and decided to cut his losses after getting lost, and found his way into Gordon Pryor’s house to crash on his couch. Rather than get all bent out of shape, Pryor let the guy sleep it off, and offered him some coffee and breakfast when he woke up before sending him on his way when a friend picked him up.
The young man and 60-year-old Pryor chatted for about an hour. "He was really humble, a helluva nice kid," Pryor says. "[But] I just slowly woke him up and teased him a bit and made it quite clearly known that what he'd done was not exactly acceptable, but at the end of the day it was seen as a harmless thing to do." The two even ended up taking a selfie together before parting ways.
